Camera Ready Submission Guidelines
A. For successful submission of camera-ready paper, carefully follow the instructions mentioned below:
- Please incorporate the reviewers’ suggestions when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The page limit is six pages and is strict. The final paper is to be submitted as per the mentioned date in your acceptance email. This is a firm deadline for the submission of paper.
- At least one author must register with Full Author Registration and present the selected paper at IC-EDIGE2k26, in order for the paper to be considered for inclusion on IEEE Xplore. Each registration is meant for ONE (01) participant to attend the conference only. Co-author(s) who are also participating in the conference will need to register separately under the appropriate registration category. Please keep the proof of payment with you as it will be asked to be submitted.
- Please make sure that the similarity index of your manuscript is below 15%, using standard plagiarism-checking software (e.g., Turnitin, etc.), and AI Content below 20% before submitting the camera-ready paper from your end to confirm the submission of the paper to IEEE Xplore. If the similarity index is more than 15%, or AI content more than 20% then your paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
- The authors are urged to ensure that the camera-ready submission strictly follows the IEEE Template given. The camera-ready papers that do not meet these requirements will not be submitted for further consideration to IEEE Xplore.
- Before submitting the camera-ready paper and e-copyright transfer form on Microsoft CMT create PDF through PDF eXpress of your manuscript.
- The final manuscript should have the copyright clearance code notice at the bottom of the first page. Kindly refer to the LaTex/Word template provided here and replace the dummy code at the first-page bottom with this code (as shown in sample image 1) whichever is applicable:
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government:
U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 979-8-3195-2122-4/26/$31.00 ©2026 Crown

B. Before Creating a PDF
- Add the copyright clearance code notice to the bottom of the first page of your paper as shown in sample image 1.
- Proof read your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

C. Instructions for Authors to Create Final PDF for IC-EDIGE 2k26 Submission
Prior to the Final Submission, the pdf file should be created through PDF eXpress. If you generated a pdf from Latex, then again, you have to check it through PDF eXpress. The instructions for IEEE PDF eXpress are:
Creating your PDF eXpress Account (New user on PDF eXpress)
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
- First create the account on IEEE PDF eXpress site (if no account created before). Select create an account in link https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ or directly click on https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup.

- Enter the following:
- 71588X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent on your email for verifying your account setup.
- After Verification, log into your IEEE PDF express account by entering the Conference ID, email address, and password.
- Authors already having express Account need to add through following steps:
- Login by entering Conference ID (71588X), email address and password. (Sample Image: 3)
- Click Associate your account with the conference (if you have IEEE Pdf Express Account).

- Fill up the information needed for the user profile and submit once completed after login.

- Go to the Dashboard and Click create new title for your paper.

- Enter the paper title and continue.

- Upload File word/pdf format (if you generated by Latex) created earlier having copyright clearance code. Click Continue once the file is chosen.

- Click Continue again.

- Conversion will be in progress (Word file will take a while to complete)

- If successful, you will get this message. Click Ok.

- Click Download PDF ICON to download the pdf express verified file.

D. Author Console
You should submit your camera-ready paper and e-copyright transfer form on Microsoft CMT (See Sample Image 12 given below) for IC-EDIGE 2k26. First, click on the create camera ready submission and upload the final pdf created above.

After that, on author console, click on Submit IEEE Copyright Form. The IEEE Copyright Form Submission page opens in CMT (Sample Image 13). You must read the instructions before proceeding.

Click here to redirect to the IEEE Copyright website. You will be directed to the IEEE Copyright Web Site to submit IEEE Copyright Form (Sample Image 14).

Upon completion, download the completed IEEE Copyright Form in PDF. When you are finished, you will be redirected back to Author Console on CMT (Sample Image 15).
Once you have the IEEE Copyright file, you may either drag and drop the file into the dotted region or click ‘Upload from Computer’ to upload the file that way. Then click ‘Save’ as shown in below image 15.

Complete!
You may create a new title if you have more than one paper accepted for this conference or you can repeat the process if any change in the final paper.
